If you cancel a live class booking with more than 24 hours notice, the credit is replaced on your account for a future live class.

If you cancel a live class booking with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose that credit but you can email katewalkeryoga@gmail.com for a credit on your account for access to the pre-recorded version of that class or a class of your choice within a week.

If Kate needs to cancel a class, you will be notified, the credit for the class will be replaced on your account and you'll be credited with an on demand class as well for the inconvenience caused.
